What IraVoice processes

IraVoice processes microphone audio, selected text, clipboard content used for insertion, personal vocabulary, and optional repository context only to provide the feature you invoke.

What leaves your Mac

Your speech, transcripts, selected text, vocabulary, and repository context are not sent to IraVoice servers. Speech models are downloaded once on first use. When you activate a paid license, the license key is sent to Gumroad for verification. If you explicitly choose Codex or Claude Code as the Prompt destination, the finished specification is submitted to that agent in a visible Terminal session. The agent's account, retention, and privacy terms then apply; microphone audio is not part of the handoff.

Storage

Preferences and local context stay in your user Library. Trial and license state are stored in the macOS Keychain. IraVoice does not operate user accounts or a cloud transcript history.

Website privacy

This website does not include advertising trackers, client analytics pixels, cookies, or third-party fonts. At the Cloudflare edge, it records aggregate page requests, trial downloads, and clicks through the first-party Buy redirect. The stored event contains only the event type, canonical site path, broad source category, an allowlisted campaign label, and browser-or-crawler classification. It does not store an IP address, full referrer, User-Agent string, query string, cookie, persistent identifier, speech, or text in the analytics dataset.

The website trial form separately stores the normalized email address you submit, whether you selected the optional marketing checkbox, the consent-policy version, the first-party page that led to the form, an allowlisted campaign label when present, request timestamps, and the number of trial requests for that email. After storage, the form issues a short-lived signed download link; its access token contains no email address or other personal data. IraVoice does not add the email to marketing unless you select the optional checkbox. You can ask to access or delete this record, or withdraw marketing consent, by emailing hello@iravoice.com.

The contact form stores the name, email address, category, message, first-party source page, submission time, and notification-delivery status you provide so IraVoice can read and respond to your request. A notification copy is sent to the verified IraVoice destination with your address set as Reply-To. Contact-form details are not added to marketing lists. You may use the same hello@iravoice.com address to request access or deletion. Cloudflare processes standard request data to deliver and protect the website. Clicking Buy then opens Gumroad, whose privacy terms apply to checkout.
